Refund Rules

  1. Student Kit amount will not be refunded

  2. MOST Fee Refund: No refund of the Admission Cum Scholarship Test Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

  3. Registration / Form Fee Refund: No refund of the Registration/Form Fee shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.

  4. Short-Term Course Fee Refund: No Fee refund of any type will be made under any circumstances after joining the short-term classroom/online courses.

  5. Starting from the batch commencement date or the date of admission (whichever is later), as reflected in our records, and continuing until.

Note:

  • No refund policy for EMI/Loan.

  • Refund requests will not be accepted after 45 days from the batch commencement date or the date of admission (whichever is later).

  • If changing class within the stream or changing stream within class and both the rules are applicable for the same program, INR 10000 to be paid by student to the center inclusive of GST

Policy Review 

This policy will be reviewed annually by Motion Education Private Limited, Kota, unless there are internal or legislative changes that necessitate earlier review. 

Motion Education Private Limited, Kota reserves the right to modify or update any clause or the entire policy as deemed necessary.

 Motion Education Private Limited, Kota reserves the right to make the final decision on all matters related to Transfer. All decisions made by Motion Education Private Limited will be considered final and binding
